What'd I Miss?

What'd I Miss? is an editorial comic that I illustrate for The Colorado Sun online newspaper. R. Alan Brooks is the writer. What'd I Miss? is the story of two unlikely friends: An older white woman who spent 30 years in a coma, and her 20-something Black neighbor. Together they explore what has changed and what hasn't. The comic frequently addresses issues of race and inequality.
